In our authentic smokehouse, we kindle applewood and hickory chips to elicit a rich, robust emission of smoke that engulf our cheddar cheese to construct Cinderblock. Enjoy this fervent smoked cheddar cheese with cured meats and mustard. Be forewarned – it’s difficult to put out.
