We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Preorders do take longer and timeframes vary - but are listed on each individual item.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Handmade items are "one of a kind" and may contain some slight imperfections, adding character to the products. All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, beauty products, nail polish wraps, personalized items, and gourmet treats are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We accept exchanges on Apparel - you must email us within 5 days of receipt of order. Shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer. In the event that your preferred size/color is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
Refunds on apparel/footwear are only given on an extreme case-by-case basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
