SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies by the warehouse we ship from and is typically calculated by weights, and is sometimes a flat fee.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping rates will apply and vary based on several factors including: the warehouse we ship from, item weights, overall package size, distance from the warehouse to your location, etc.  If you order from multiple warehouses, each will have an applicable shipping charge.  Select brands do offer free shipping and we occasionally run various free shipping promotions.  There are also currently shipping surcharges in effect by most carriers due to the war.

Where do you ship?

We ship many items anywhere in the world, however some of our items will only ship in the U.S.

When will my order arrive?

We do our best to ship out your order within 3-5 business days.  Our graphic tees, custom gifts, worth the wait collection, and preorders will take longer.  Once we ship, you will be able to see your estimated delivery from your customer account here on the site.

United States: 2-5 days handling and approximately up to 5-7 business days for shipping

International: up to 15 business days for shipping

Can I have a tracking number?

All orders are shipped as a package so you will automatically receive tracking information to the email or phone # you registered with when your package ships.  Be sure to create an account here on the site so you can easily log in at any time and see your order history & status.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

You should receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order.  If this doesn’t happen please contact us at and we will look into the issue. Many times it is a result of the email has accidentally been entered incorrectly, but no worries we will help sort it out.
