Boutique Terms & Conditions

We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Preorders do take longer and timeframes vary - but will be listed on each individual item.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Handmade items are "one of a kind" and may contain some slight imperfections, adding character to the products.

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We accept exchanges on Apparel - you must email us in advance. Shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer. In the event that your preferred size/color is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.

Storehouse Flats Returns/Exchanges: We accept exchanges within the first 5 days after your shoes show delivered. Shoes can be exchanged if they are unworn and in original condition. Please be sure you don’t wear these outside until you’re sure you love the fit! Please contact me immediately if you need to exchange. You just send them back to me and once I’ve received/inspected I’ll have another pair shipped to you at my expense. Simple. Please note: If shoes are returned and appear worn, you will not receive a refund and you will forfeit your shoes.

Refunds on apparel/footwear are only given on an extreme case-by-case basis and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. Gourmet treats, personalized items, and nail polish strips are not eligible for refunds.
